The tour will start with visiting medieval fortified town Pocitelj with narrow streets and Ottoman fort, and continue in Mostar, to walk over old town Mostar (historical center with Mostar bridge is a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

On the second day, on the way to Sarajevo, we will see old bridge in Konjic; in Sarajevo (UNESCO Tentative List site) we will walk the streets of historical center and see main attraction of tis multi-cultural city; after the night in Sarajevo, we will understand what is Bosnian Pyramids, see medieval fortress Travnik, and at the end of this day we will take road back.

The tour will start and finish in Makarska (Croatia) and will take 3 days (2 nights). During this tour you will visit Počitelj, Mostar, Konjic, Sarajevo, Bosnian Pyramids, Travnik located in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We will pick you up at any hotel or place, in or around Makarska. Drop off is the same as pick up, or upon request in another place.

Počitelj is a small Ottoman-Mediterranean settlement, built along the Neretva river, conveniently located on the major road between Dubrovnik and Mostar. The walled town of Počitelj evolved in the period from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Architecturally, the stone-constructed parts of the town are a fortified complex, in which two stages of evolution are evident: medieval and Ottoman.

Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina

The town is one of the oldest permanent settlements in Bosnia (dating back almost 4000 years), and home to the best preserved Ottoman bridge in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ottoman-inspired bridge (Konjička Stara Ćuprija). Known for ancient settlement, landmark, museum, nature, park

The Bosnian pyramids complex is a pseudoarchaeological notion to explain the formation of a cluster of natural hills in the area of Visoko in central Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2005, Semir Osmanagic, also known as Sam Osmanagic, a Bosnian American businessman now based in Houston, Texas, has claimed that these hills are the largest human-made ancient pyramids on Earth. His claims have been overwhelmingly refuted by scientists but he has proceeded to promote the area as a tourist attraction.

Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Travnik is a charming small town located 90 km northeast of Sarajevo, and it is one of Bosnia-Herzegovina's most historically important towns. The town's centerpiece is the medieval Travnik fortress, which was originally established and controlled by Bosnian rulers before the Ottoman takeover of the 15th century. The town has a cultural heritage dating from the Ottoman period, with landmarks such as the Hadji Ali-bey Mosque, the Regional Museum, and the elaborate gymnasium built in the Austro-Hungarian architectural style.
