We will pick you up at any hotel or place, in or around Korčula. Drop off is the same as pick up, or upon request in another place.

Tour description

All seasons 3 days Bosnia-Herzegovina discovery tour from Korcula (pick up and drop off in Orebic): old towns, fortresses, monastery, waterfalls and park with Bosnian Pyramid Of The Sun. At first day of this tour we see hilly fortress Stolac with great panoramic view, archaeological site Radimlja with carved gravestones (UNESCO World Heritage Site), see in Blagaj dervish monastery, and rest of the day walk over old town Mostar (historical center with Mostar bridge is a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

On the next day, on the road to Sarajevo, we will walk over old bridge in Konjic, and rest of the day will walk in multicultural Sarajevo with it famous historical old quarter.

Next day morning we will walk in the park where is located Bosnian Pyramid Of The Sun, and visit related museum. After that we will take road back but on the way will visit wonderful Kravica natural park with waterfalls.

Stolac and surroundings have been inhabited since ancient times due to the area's favorable natural environment. The rich grounds along with other natural benefits attracted prehistoric man, and later the Illyrians, Romans and Slavs, all of whom left a wealth of anthropological evidence. The area has been settled for at least 15,000 years.

Radimlja, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Radimlja is a main UNESCO World Heritage Site where is possible to see so called Stecci, a monumental medieval tombstones. Radimlja necropolis located near town Stolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is one of the most valuable monuments of the medieval period in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Blagaj, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Blagaj is a village in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of Bosnia-Herzegovina, located in about 15 km from Mostar, and is one of the most valuable mixed urban and rural built environments in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Blagaj has eleven national monuments, and is famous for the spring of the Buna river coming from cave, historical Dervish monastery (tekija) built around 1520, and medieval fortress Blagaj Fort, town-fortress complex built on a 310 meters high karst hill. Blagaj is also known as a residential area of Bosnian rulers and royal families.

Mostar, beautiful and historical town, located only 60 km away from the Adriatic Sea, is the cultural, political and financial center of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Old Bridge, built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, is one of Bosnia-Herzegovina's most recognizable landmarks, and is considered one of the most exemplary pieces of Islamic architecture in the Balkans.

The town is one of the oldest permanent settlements in Bosnia-Herzegovina (dating back almost 4000 years), and home to the iconic Konjic Old Stone Bridge, constructed in 1683 during the Ottoman era. Konjic is also famous for its woodcarving tradition. Konjic natural heritage together with the cultural heritage represent rich and valuable resources for Bosnia-Herzegovina as well as Europe.

Sarajevo, nestled within the greater Sarajevo valley of Bosna river, is surrounded by the Dinaric Alps and situated along the Miljacka river in the heart of Southeastern Europe and the Balkans. It is affected by both the continental European climate from the North, and the Mediterranean climate from the South. This historical city is rich in cultural and religious diversity.

Bosnian Pyramids, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Known for ancient settlement, landmark, museum, nature, park

The Bosnian pyramids complex is a pseudoarchaeological notion to explain the formation of a cluster of natural hills in the area of Visoko in central Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2005, Semir Osmanagic, also known as Sam Osmanagic, a Bosnian American businessman now based in Houston, Texas, has claimed that these hills are the largest human-made ancient pyramids on Earth. His claims have been overwhelmingly refuted by scientists but he has proceeded to promote the area as a tourist attraction.

Kravica, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Known for nature, park, waterfall

Among the most fascinating natural features of this region are the sparkling waterfalls of Kravica, tucked away in the trees, on the Trebižat River, in the karstic heartland of Herzegovina in Bosnia and Herzegovina, about 40 km from Mostar. These beautiful falls are well worth the visit and just perfect for a day trip.
