All seasons 5 days Bosnia-Herzegovina deep discovery tour from Korcula (pick up and drop off in Orebic): old towns, fortresses, monasteries, waterfalls and park with Bosnian Pyramid Of The Sun. At first day of this tour we see hilly fortress Stolac with great panoramic view, archaeological site Radimlja with carved gravestones (UNESCO World Heritage Site), see in Blagaj dervish monastery, and rest of the day walk over old town Mostar (historical center with Mostar bridge is a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

On the next day, on the road to Sarajevo, we will walk over old bridge in Konjic, and rest of the day will walk in multicultural Sarajevo with it famous historical old quarter.

Next day we will spend walking in the park where is located Bosnian Pyramid Of The Sun, visit related museum, and at second part of this day we will see fortress Vranduk. Accommodation will be in etno village. Next day at morning we will see fortress Travnik and walk in historical center of Jajce and its fortress. Next day we will need to take road back but on the way will visit unique site, a tiny peninsula at the middle of lake with monastery. Half of the road back will be along of coastal line of famous Dalmatian Riviera.

The tour will start and finish in Korčula (Croatia) and will take 5 days (4 nights). During this tour you will visit Stolac, Radimlja, Blagaj, Mostar, Konjic, Sarajevo, Bosnian Pyramids, Vranduk, Travnik, Jajce, Šćit located in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We will pick you up at any hotel or place, in or around Korčula. Drop off is the same as pick up, or upon request in another place.

Stolac and surroundings have been inhabited since ancient times due to the area's favorable natural environment. The rich grounds along with other natural benefits attracted prehistoric man, and later the Illyrians, Romans and Slavs, all of whom left a wealth of anthropological evidence. The area has been settled for at least 15,000 years.

Radimlja, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Radimlja is a main UNESCO World Heritage Site where is possible to see so called Stecci, a monumental medieval tombstones. Radimlja necropolis located near town Stolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is one of the most valuable monuments of the medieval period in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Blagaj, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Blagaj is a village in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of Bosnia-Herzegovina, located in about 15 km from Mostar, and is one of the most valuable mixed urban and rural built environments in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Blagaj has eleven national monuments, and is famous for the spring of the Buna river coming from cave, historical Dervish monastery (tekija) built around 1520, and medieval fortress Blagaj Fort, town-fortress complex built on a 310 meters high karst hill. Blagaj is also known as a residential area of Bosnian rulers and royal families.

The town is one of the oldest permanent settlements in Bosnia (dating back almost 4000 years), and home to the best preserved Ottoman bridge in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ottoman-inspired bridge (Konjička Stara Ćuprija). The Bosnian pyramids complex is a pseudoarchaeological notion to explain the formation of a cluster of natural hills in the area of Visoko in central Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2005, Semir Osmanagic, also known as Sam Osmanagic, a Bosnian American businessman now based in Houston, Texas, has claimed that these hills are the largest human-made ancient pyramids on Earth. His claims have been overwhelmingly refuted by scientists but he has proceeded to promote the area as a tourist attraction.

Vranduk, Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Vranduk fortress was built in late 14th century, and it is located approximately 14 kilometers from the town of Zenica. It was built on a rock above the river Bosnia, and represents one of many medieval towns with rich history. In the Middle Ages Vranduk was one of the several royal cities, and was a capital to many Bosnian kings at the time. For six centuries Vranduk fortress was known as the gate of Bosnia.

Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Travnik is a charming small town located 90 km northeast of Sarajevo, and it is one of Bosnia-Herzegovina's most historically important towns. The town's centerpiece is the medieval Travnik fortress, which was originally established and controlled by Bosnian rulers before the Ottoman takeover of the 15th century. The town has a cultural heritage dating from the Ottoman period, with landmarks such as the Hadji Ali-bey Mosque, the Regional Museum, and the elaborate gymnasium built in the Austro-Hungarian architectural style.

Jajce, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Jajce is a town and municipality located in the central area of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the confluence of the rivers Pliva and Vrbas. Jajce was first built in the 14th century and served as the capital of the independent Kingdom of Bosnia during its time. A medieval fortified old town of Jajce is one of the best preserved fortified capitals of the Bosnian Kingdom. The old Jajce walled city core, including the waterfall, and other individual sites outside the walled city perimeter, such as the Jajce Mithraeum, is designated as The natural and architectural ensemble of Jajce and is placed on the UNESCO Tentative list.

Šćit (Scit), Bosnia and Herzegovina

Scit is small village located in central area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The village location is notable because it's fully placed on the peninsula located in the middle of artificial lake. Scit is famous for Franciscan monastery built in the 15th century and very specific locality.
