Visegrad is a town and municipality located in the eastern part of Bosnia-Herzegovina. It rests at the confluence of the Drina and the Rzav rivers. The main attractions in Visegrad include the Ottoman-era Mehmed Pasa Sokolovic Bridge (UNESCO world heritage site), which was popularized by Ivo Andric in his novel The Bridge on the Drina. A tourist site called Andricgrad (Andric Town), dedicated to Andric, is located near the bridge, and its construction is being financed by the famous film director Emir Kusturica.

The Durdevi Stupovi Monastery is a Serbian Orthodox monastery, dedicated to St. George, existed for over 845 years, and located in the vicinity of today's city of Novi Pazar, in Serbia. The monastery is exceptional not only for its position and significance it had according to medieval chronicles and manuscripts, but also for its particular architecture. The columns of the Durdevi Stupovi Monastery were built in a characteristic style that represents a unique synthesis of two architectural conceptions of the Middle Ages, Byzantine architecture in the East and Romanesque architecture in the West. The monastery is UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The city Kraljevo is vibrant place known from 12th century when it was an important center for the Serbian medieval state. Kraljevo was a significant site for the coronation of Serbian kings, with the Žiča Monastery, located just outside the city, serving as the seat of the first Serbian archbishop. Kraljevo is also home to the Studenica Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1986.

Topola is a town in central Serbia, located in the Sumadija region. It is known for its historical significance and beautiful architecture. Also, in the town is located famous Aleksandrovic Winery.

Požarevac (Pozarevac), Serbia

The Golubac fortress, in Serbia, originally a medieval fortified town with tumultuous history, located on the south side of the Danube River. According to recent discoveries, the fortress, which was built during the 14th century by Medieval Serbian state. Considering the age and location of the Golubac fortress, it is very well preserved. Its placement at the head of the Iron Gate gorge allowed for easy control of river traffic. The Golubac fortress was the last military outpost on that stretch of the Danube river, which caused it to frequently be part of the final line of defense between Hungary and the Ottoman Empire, especially during the periods when Serbia was Ottoman-held. The fortress has a distinction of successfully repelling over 120 attacks.
