Parga is not only one of the most charming beach towns in Greece but also one of the most picturesque in Epirus, tucked aside in the northwestern corner of Greece.
Epirus is a mountainous region famous for its rough beauty, traditional villages, impressive mountains and dense forests. A haven for nature lovers and hikers alike!
Built amphitheatrically on the slopes of a mountain, Parga combines perfectly mountain with the sea. It is dominated by a Venetian castle, opening onto a clear turquoise bay dotted with islets.
Boasting traditional architecture with paved streets, stunning churches, monasteries and a whole range of shops, taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars, Parga is also home to a medieval Venetian castle built on the northern side of the port. From here, you will get to enjoy fantastic views over the bay and watch the sunset over the water.
