Dajbabe description
Dajbabe is a Serbian Orthodox Christian Monastery in suburb of the capital of Montenegro, city Podgorica. Monastery Dajbabe is located in a cave on Dajbabe hill (Dajbabska gora), which raises above Zeta valley. The monastery was founded in 1897.
The monastery Dajbabe is dedicated to Uspenje Bogorodice (Falling into sleep of Holy Mother of God) and it got the name by the village in which it is located. Initially only the space of the cave was used for the church, later monastery took the look of the basic church with chapels. The only visible part of that church is outside the cave and that is a spacious entrance porch with two belfries. The protector monk Simeon Popovic adjusting the pictures to natural shape of the rocks while painting the interior of the monastery.
The visit of monastery Dajbabe will provide unforgettable experience, considering the fact that it is a piece of work of nature and man, as the church is located in the cave.

The attractions in Montenegro will be old venetian town Kotor (historical center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site), famous Ostrog monastery, situated against an almost vertical background, coastal town Budva, ancient settlement Old Bar, and cave monastery Dajbabe.
In Bosnia-Herzegovina, we will visit Trebinje, known for its old town and beautiful cathedral. Close to Trebinje is located old orthodox monastery Tvrdos which we will visit also. On the way to Mostar we will see old fortress Stolac and Blagaj dervish monastery, and spend rest of this day in Mostar (historical center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
In the area of Mostar we will visit pilgrimage center Medjugorje, natural park Kravica with waterfalls, and medieval old town Pocitelj.
After Mostar we going to visit multicultural Sarajevo, walk across historical center and see all main attractions. Next day, on the way back to Dubrovnik we will see archaeological site Radimlja (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Vjetrenica cave and Zavala cave monastery, and after that we will stop on a beach to refresh in the Adriatic sea.

Within this tour we will visit the fortified UNESCO town Kotor, the country's finest town, Perast in the center of the Bay of Kotor, the charming Trebinje, the perfect off the beaten path destination. There we will visit one of many wineries and the famous Tvrdoš Monastery and on our way to Mostar, a UNESCO city, we will show you the Stolac fortress, the historical Dervish monastery located in Blagaj, and another old monastery partially built in a cave. We will visit Kravica waterfalls, a natural beauty, Pocitelj, another fortified town, built in the 13th century; we will walk in the multicultural Sarajevo, the lively capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This year round tour will pass through 2 neighbors countries of Croatia: Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro. Pick up and drop off in Orebic. During this multi-day tour we will visit main attractions of both countries: old towns include medieval town Kotor which is UNESCO World Heritage Site, climb Ottoman's empire fortresses, visit old monasteries.
In Bosnia-Herzegovina we will visit old Christian monastery in Zavala, admire panoramic view from the hill located Stolac fortress, visit Blagaj dervish monastery, walk in UNESCO town Mostar and its old bridge, and next day will visit pilgrimage center Medjugorje, watch wonderful waterfalls in Kravice natural park, and climb by narrow streets of medieval fortified town Pocitelj. Next, we will move to see Sarajevo historical streets and Sarajevo market, after we will move to Trebinje, the southernmost Bosnia-Herzegovina town, to see Trebinje cathedral and visit located nearby Tvrdos monastery.
In Montenegro, we must see 17th century Ostrog monastery, carved almost entirety in a vertically positioned mountain cliff. The night we will spend in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. After sleep in Podgorica, we will visit monastery Dajbabe which was built within a natural cave, and will walk streets of Old Bar, small settlement known from Byzantine Empire time. Our next destination is coastal town Budva, where we will walk over its narrow medieval streets.
At next day after sleep in Budva we will visit UNESCO town Kotor, full of spirit of Venetian empire. If we're strong enough to survive climbing 1350 steps to a height of 1200 meters, we will be awarded to visit Kotor Fortress or otherwise known as The Castle of San Giovanni. If we can do it, we will admire amazing views over the city and harbor. On the way back, we will pass few nice beaches so at summer time we always can stop and refresh in crystal clear water of Mediterranean sea.

February 13, 2021 Kraljeva Sutjeska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kraljeva Sutjeska is a village in the municipality of Kakanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina, almost at the middle of Bosnia and Herzegovina territory.
The village hosts a number of important historical sites: 14th century Catholic Franciscan monastery, ruins of the medieval Bosnian Court, an old Bosnian house with the original architecture from the 18th century, and mosque from 15th century, claimed to be the oldest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, very close to the village is located Bobovac, a fortified city of medieval Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ohrid once had 365 churches, one for each day of the year, and has been referred to as a "Jerusalem of the Balkans". The city is rich in picturesque houses and monuments, and tourism is predominant. Ohrid and Lake Ohrid were accepted as Cultural and Natural World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. Ohrid is one of only 28 sites that are part of UNESCO's World Heritage that are Cultural as well as Natural sites.
